NAME: Richard Grayson
CODENAME: Robin
AGE: 13 almost 14
GENDER: Male
ALLIANCE: Young Justice
HEIGHT: 5'4
WEIGHT: 125 lbs
FAMILY: Dick's birth parents are John and Mary Grayson. He had an uncle named Rick, whom he was named after, and an older cousin John and Aunt Karla. His foster father is Bruce Wayne, also known as the Batman.
OTHER CHARACTERS: He also considers Bruce's butler Alfred as family and he is best friends with Wally West. He is also quite smitten by Zatanna. The team as well is like a second family.
APPEARENCE: Dick is fairly short for his age with a slight, lean, well-toned build. He has short black hair and dark blue eyes. His Robin costume is made up of a red tunic, black pants, boots and gloves. He wears a black stylized domino mask every time he dawns his the identity of Robin, the Boy Wonder. On his back he wears a cape that is black on the outside, but a pale yellow on the inside.
PERSONALITY: Dick is naturally lighthearted and takes joy in almost everything he does, a stark comparison to his mentor. Though he can often be a bit immature, he can get along relatively well with people older than him and he does act more mature whenever he is given a certain level of responsibility. When he is with his friends, he has been known to behave in a "little brother"-like role, often joking around about his teammates and occasionally making fun of them when they make minor mistakes. His close friendship with Wally West allows him to treat the speedster almost like a brother and joke about him as often as he likes. He enjoys messing with the English language and creating "back-formations" by removing prefixes from commonly-used words. Despite acting childish, Robin is a natural tacticle thinker and prefers to think ahead rather than acting first.
POWERS: Robin doesn't have any powers, but rather an arsenal of equipment given to him by Batman. He has a holographic computer attatched to his glove, an array of batarangs, a grappling gun, gas pellets, a hand-held taser, and eskrima sticks as well as possibly more. He is also a skilled acrobat, hacker, strategist, and on his way to becoming a great detective like his mentor.
HISTORY: Richard Grayson grew up with his family traveling the world as part of the Flying Graysons for Haly's Circus. When he was nine, the circus made a stop in Gotham City. The show went on as planned, despite the owner getting into an arguement with a mob boss known as Zucco. However, when it became time for the Flying Graysons to perform their routine, everything went downhill. Young Richard's parents, aunt, and cousin fell to their deaths in a trapeze "accident" caused by Zucco. His Uncle Rick survived, but was unable to care for him and thus the young acrobat became an orphan. After the "accident", though, he became the fostor son of Bruce Wayne. After he made his transition into Robin, he helped Batman take down Zucco and bring the mob boss to justice.
Dick was initially part of the group of sidekicks waiting for their first step to becoming full-fledged members of the League. After Speedy quits and their mentors leave to stop the sun from being blotted out, he teamed up with Kid Flash and Aqualad to check out a fire at Cadmus. He and his friends disvcovered Superboy in a pod at Cadmus and when they released him, they were attacked and taken down by him, but are also eventually freed by him before Cadmus had a chance to clone the three sidekicks. Together, the four teenagers managed to defeat Blockbuster, though they caused the above-ground part of Cadmus to come crashing down on them. Despite the obvious displeasure of the Justice League, including Batman, the four stood together and formed their own team, soon adding Miss Martian to the team.
Robin at first thought he would be the best choice for the leader of the Team, but after a mission in Santa Prisca, he decided Aqualad would be best for the team. During the training session in which the Team was put through a situation that was meant to fail, Robin ultimately led the team after Aqualad's "death". As leader, he and Kid Flash stayed behind while Martian Manhunter and Miss Martian escaped the alien mothership. He sacrificed himself to blow up the mothership. After the training session, Dick had a counseling session with Black Canary, where he informed her that he no longer wanted to be the Batman.
On New Years Eve, Richard and the Team took on the Justice League, who were being controlled by Savage. He and Superboy eventually teamed up to take down Superman and Batman, whom they realized they couldn't take down on their own. After the battle and it became the new year, he was pulled into a kiss by Zatanna, which he didn't mind. He later joined the roundtable discussion over the location of the real Roy Harper and the missing sixteen hours.

ROLE-PLAYING SAMPLE:
[/color][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]The spotlights switched on, floating around the circus tent until they landed on the Flying Graysons, who waved to the crowd with smiles on their faces. One by one they performed their stunts as planned. Everything seemed to be going right, though he faintly remembered hearing someone threaten Mr. Haly. But his nine year old mind got distracted as he watched his family. Something wasn't right, though. There was a scream, gasps, and he saw his mother's face. Her smile faded as she reached for him, calling his name as she started falling and didn't stop.
Dick Grayson's eyes snapped open behind his dark sunglasses. He was dressed in a black shirt, denim jeans, and a blue jacket. He was currently standing with the rest of the Team, as Batman approached them. He could feel Bruce's eyes swivvel onto him, though the man's cowl hid the action. It was getting close to the aniversary of his family's deaths on April first. He hadn't expected the flashback, but it had come like a stab in the chest. He thought he had gotten over it, but then again how could he ever get over witnessing their deaths? He could put it behind him and move on with his life, but he would never forget.
The Boy Wonder watched as Bruce complimented the Team on a job well done, or at least his version of a compliment. He exchanged a grin with Wally, his hands on his hips. The Team had been put on an undercover mission that hadn't gone as planned, but they had finished it with no casualties. As the Dark Knight walked off to talk to Aqualad, most likely for a report on the mission, he narrowed his eyes in slight jealousy, but reminded himself that it was only natural since Auqalad was the Team's leader.
Robin looked over as he heard his teammates leaving the room. Wally and Artemis were walking together, talking about something he couldn't hear, and Me'gann and Connor were holding hands and flirting. His eyes moved to catch Zatanna walking up to him. She looked as exhausted as he felt, having both been bombarded by Ivo's robot monkeys on the mission. He couldn't help but smile at her, opening his mouth to ask her a question. "Feeling the aster?"
