Okay so recently I watched The Raven and it got me thinking, I figured out a way to adapt it so it would work here(it would have somewhat same plot but adapted to better fit here).
To make this work I'd have to have permission for the 'big boss' to have figured out Batman's secret identity. If this isn't allowed then this post can be deleted.
The Raven
The main antagonist is a super genius with an IQ of 190, who is obsessed with Edgar Allen Poe and The Dark Knight himself. Like in the movie 'The Raven' recreates crimes/events from the Poe stories tempting the 'Heroes' to solve thm without going insane. But not only does be recreat Poe's stories he also recreates Batman's old solved crimes. While this is all going on he leaves clues that help them to figure out just what he's going to do next, all in hopes of saving one of two peoples lives. The two people of course are Selina Kyle and Talia Al Gul.
Now although 'The Raven's' end game is to get batman to chose which one he'd rather save he has deviced the plots and ploys so that The Detective won't be able to do this alone. He specifically made it to test the will of the worlds humans, to see just how smart they are; and if they match up to the legacy of his idol.
Now as he is going to be also recreating Batmans past solved crimes along with Poe's stories he wont be working alone. He will have help of other villains and criminals of the sort. True there will be clues left at each scene about the next he himself wot always be the one committing the acts.
Can the Heroes of today solve the crimes of yesterday? It's all up to you, time to tell if the heart still beats. Quoth the Raven... Nevermore
